| While I agree dealing with Courtesy can sometimes be aggrivating until you establish somewhat of a repoire with some of the guys there, coming on TT.net and blowing up doesn't help matters. I have had the same feelings. Parts have been screwed up, and I have vented. It doesn't make it better. Steve came on to respond to this issue and has clearly layed out the policy in place as of right now. There should be no confusion anymore. If someone has a question regarding what they offer and what they don't we can now simply link to his post. No hearsay, no problem. If someone doesn't like the terms they offer, Coz is a fantastic alternative for many people. Come on up to Dallas and I'll buy you a beer. Have a blessed day.
